On December 28, 2020, Dr. Seth Rudnick resigned as a Class II director of Liquidia Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), as Chair of the Company’s Research and Development Committee and as a member of the Company’s Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. No disagreement with the Company caused, in whole or in part, Dr. Rudnick’s resignation.
